Frequently Asked Questions
Q.What is precision health testing, and how is it different from a regular health check-up?
Precision health testing uses cellular, physiological and biochemical tests to look at your current physical condition from several angles, as a reference for personal health management and follow-up. A regular health check-up focuses mainly on blood chemistry, imaging and organ function. Precision health testing goes further, down to the cellular level, looking at the number, proportion and function of different cells and related biomarkers. The two do not replace each other; they provide health information from different angles to give you a more complete picture of your body.
Q.Which tests does Happy Clinic offer?
We currently offer 15 tests: 1. Comprehensive immune cell function test 2. Autoimmune cell test 3. Telomere test 4. Mitochondrial test 5. Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) test 6. We recommend having a professional explain and assess which tests suit your health condition and needs.
Q.What does the testing process look like?
Testing follows four steps: health consultation → sample collection → professional testing and analysis → report explanation and health management recommendations. We first understand your health needs and what you would like to learn more about, then collect the samples each test requires. After testing and data analysis, our professional team compiles the results and walks you through the report as a reference for ongoing health management and follow-up.
Q.I am not sure which tests I need. How do I choose?
You do not need to decide on your own. Book a health consultation and tell us about your health condition, family health history, lifestyle and the health questions you want to look into, and our professional team will help you work out which tests suit you. More tests are not necessarily better; what matters is choosing the ones that fit your needs.
Q.Do I need to fast before testing?
We recommend coming in fasted. If you cannot come in the morning, an afternoon appointment is also possible.
Q.How long does it take to get the report?
Reports usually take about 3 to 5 days. For urgent requests, they can be ready in as little as about 2 days.

Understanding your body is not about worrying — it is about preparing early for what comes next.
